EQUINE TACK AND MORE RETURN POLICY!!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!

Return Policy 

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with an new item that you purchased, simply return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt along with a copy of the original invoice/receipt and it will be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for you, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to your refund. Returns received after the 30 Day Policy will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. We do not except returns on any Custom Made Laser Items or Consignment Items, they are sold as is. 

SPECIAL ORDERS AND RETURNS
Any item that is a special order must have a 50% down payment on the item before it will be ordered or made. If you return the special order tack item as stated below in our return policy , must still be new and unused, there will also be a 15% restocking fee on all special order items. NO returns will be made on Custom Special Ordered laser items.

EQUINE TACK AND MORE 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
• •         You can return new items that you purchase from Equine Tack and More, for a refund, within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition as purchased. You are responsible for the return shipping cost of any returned item.
• •         We DO NOT accept returns on any special ordered and custom made laser items, consignment items, used, misused or incomplete items.

• Any new items that are returned damaged or used will be subjected to either a 25% restocking fee or no refund at all. If we refuse to refund your money because of item being to damaged or used you may consign the item in the store at a 20% consignment fee when item is sold.   
• Once we have received your return and have inspected it we will issue a credit to your original form of payment.
• Depending on the credit card company, it may take up to a week for credits to appear on your account
 .

EXCHANGES
When returning an item for an exchange and the exchanging item cost more you will be responsible for the price difference. 

HORSE BLANKETS
We realize that blankets can be difficult to fit, so we allow you to try the blanket on your horse and return it if it does not fit. However, we ask that the blanket be kept CLEAN while you are trying it. It is recommended that you use a bed sheet or pillow case to insure that no hair or dirt is transferred. Dirty, soiled, ripped or torn blankets or blankets that do not have original tags attached, cannot be returned. If the blanket does not fit, DO NOT leave it on your horse. A poorly fitting blanket will tear, and would then be ineligible for return. This is not considered normal use and conditions.
Please remember that horse clothing is manufactured for specific uses. Many types of sheets, skrims and fly sheets are not constructed to withstand the rigors of turnout. 

BITS
Bits that have been placed in a horses mouth may not be returned due to health concerns and some state laws. We recommend comparing the newly purchased bit to a bit already in use for fit. 

SUPPLEMENTS
Equine Tack and More is concerned about the health of our customers and their pets. Open and/or expired supplements or health care products are not covered by warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please note, Equine Tack and More cannot guarantee any results from equine supplements.  We always encourage you to consult your veterinarian when choosing supplements and other equine health products.
